By accessing or using the Arc mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Arc. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Content Guidelines & UGC

As a video-sharing platform, Arc relies on User-Generated Content (UGC). You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, defamatory, or promotes harassment/bullying.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Arc a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots) to access the app or manipulate views/likes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack any part of the service.
• Harass other users or spam the comment sections.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Arc immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arc is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the content shared by other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
